How exciting!!!! i fondly recall Leslie, Raquel and I doing the tortilla when we were down in on St Geo Is. Les and I peeled and sliced our hearts out.... we did 5 lbs of potatoes and I don't know how many onions... It is one of the yummiest dishes I've ever eaten, I attempted somewhat of a similar frittatawhen Peg and Sherry were here but my ingredients were out of balance. I must try this receipe!!! I remember I liked the oniony flavor so much. We should kidnap Raquel and go to a secluded place and have her teach us all ( my girls and me--- you could throw in the family men to come to think of it..... She is a gem.How does Myron stay so trim?
